PREFACE.

On the 3rd of July, 2012, Russell was asked to watch three neighboring children. Later that same day he was informed that he was being accused of inappropriately touching these children. He was not wearing a body camera, nor did he or his wife have security cameras installed in their home. As a result, they will never be able to prove his innocence. While the appeals to the courts for relief continue to this day, their only real hope for justice is that one day his accusers will come forward to advocate for his exoneration. What follows is a collection of transcript excerpts from the court record. All we ask is that you take 10 minutes to read these pages before rendering your opinion of what happened and who he is.
